London based five-piece hard rock band Slam Cartel  put on a really good show with powerfully charged vocals from lead singer Gary Moffat, whilst supporting Resin, at their Christmas show, which took place at The Firebug in Leicester.

Although it’s been three years since the last new material was released, the band have been far from dormant; they are battle hardened from touring all over the UK, playing many prestigious venues such as Oxford 02 Academy, Sheffield Corporation, Nottingham Rock City and Islington 02 Academy, also opening for world famous acts like Queensryche, Y&T and Vandenberg’s Moonkings.
