Born at some point in the Seventies in the small market town of Ashford in Kent, Marc began to notice sound. The mists cleared and before too long music was the ruling influence. He spent his formative years messing around with various keyboards and percussion. Then, in the early Nineties, locked in a room with guitars, a process of purification began to take place, and emerging in this altered state, confused but unflinching, his long road began.
Playing diverse music ranging from thrash to the psychedelic, Marc absorbed all these vibrations to bring a gentle brutality to his own performance. In 1996 he played live shows with Eschatology, Elemental, and Encephale.
In 2009 the call of Slam Cartel was heard above the melee of humanity and Marc became one of the pieces of the Slam Cartel puzzle. As Marc himself puts it: ‘The time has come. A mission to convey the necessary sound pressure to the minds of the masses is now the singular purpose of the journey. Journeys require paths. Paths are there to be explored. With focus, the path has been found.’
